You can host a multiplayer server with Modrinth in two ways: buy an integrated server from Modrinth Hosting, or run a Modrinth modpack on your own Linux server. The first route is easier; the second gives you root access, control over Java and Docker, and the ability to run monitoring, a proxy, or other services beside Minecraft.
